Larimar is a volcanic stone, the result of volcanic activity that occurred millions of years ago! The colours can vary from white, light-blue, green-blue to deep blue.
Howlite is a borate gemstone with a monoclinic structure with uneven nodules. Magnesite is another name for Howlite, which has a high porosity. It has a white powdery colour palette with black streaks but may also be monochromatic. Howlite’s significance is associated with tolerance and viewpoint. Henry How was the first to find this crystal in 1868. Howlite is found in almost every country on the planet. It was discovered in Nova Scotia, Canada, but it has also been discovered in the United States, Germany, Namibia, Pakistan, Turkey, Russia, and Mexico.
